GACO Silicone Roof Wash and PV panel cleaning in Kailua

I received a call from Herb out in Kailua. He is planing to put his house on the market and was interested in having his GACO silicone roof cleaned. I met with Herb to get a better look at the condition of the roof and could see that it was covered with black algae and mildew. I explained the process and types of chemicals used to properly soft wash his roof in order to make it look nice and clean again. He also had a set of 27 PV panels that I recommended having cleaned using our SOL-Tec rotating water brush, to remove all the dirt and organics from the panels, thus increasing the solar production.

On the day of service I started with cleaning the PV panels leaving a pristine mirror finish eliminating all of the dust, dirt and organic material that has built up over time. Next I started the roof cleaning process by applying the chemical solution to kill all the algae and mildew, watching it literally melt away. After completely covering the entire roof, we let the chemical dwell for 10-15 minutes ensuring all of the organics are destroyed and finish up with a rinse resulting in a bright clean appearance. The homeowner was very satisfied with the results!
